At Bffd, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. All cordyceps used in our products are grown, harvested, and extracted at our facilities in Hummelstown, PA. However, we understand there may be instances where you may want to return a product. To accommodate this, we have outlined our return policy below:

Return Options:

Cash Refund or Store Credit: Products can be returned for either a cash refund or store credit, depending on your preference.

Store Credit through Cordy Club:

Cordy Club Membership: To receive a store credit, you must be a member of our Cordy Club. Upon returning a product, we will issue store points to your Cordy Club account, which can be redeemed for future purchases at our store.

Shipping Fees:

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our facilities at
